We Are Not Alone is the second studio album released by post-grunge quartet Breaking Benjamin. Three singles came from this album, "So Cold," "Sooner or Later," and the full-band version of "Rain" (as opposed to the original version in which the only instrument used is an acoustic guitar), which came out near the end of June 2005. We Are Not Alone is certified Platinum by the RIAA, and sold 48,000 copies on its first week.

• The track "Firefly" was featured in the soundtrack to the video game, WWE SmackDown! vs. RAW, WWE Day of Reckoning, and WWE Wrestlemania 21. Also it was featured in an BMW advertisement.

• The track "So Cold" was very briefly played during the weightlifting segment of the 2004 Olympics in Athens, Greece.^[1]

• The 6th track, "Forget It", was played in the movies National Treasure and American Pie: Band Camp.

• "Forget It" was also featured in the fifth season of the TV show Smallville and is featured on the official soundtrack.

• An additional 5 tracks were recorded for the album but did not make the cut. The only known one is called "Better Days," which was only briefly played live once.

• The tracks "Simple Design", "So Cold", "Follow", "Rain", "Believe", and "Break My Fall" were covered by classical cover quartet called "Vitamin String Quartet", in their album "The String Tribute to Breaking Benjamin".

• The tracks "Follow", "Forget It" and "Rain" and the unreleased "better days" were co-written by Billy Corgan.

• The tracks "Forget It", "Follow", and "Ordinary Man" have never been played live. ^[2]
