  1. "The letter requested monetary compensation for downloads of the company's licensed material." Ambigious again. The downloads they'd already been recorded as having made, or future downloads? (T1)
  2. "The company initially believed that, unlike other countries, a mere warning letter would not stop the downloads." Other countries versus a warning letter? False contrast. (T1)
  3. Remove comma after "individual", since there are no other "and"s in the sentence, and it's not too long. Add "two" before "factors", for clarity. (T1)
  4. After sufficient[clarification needed] downloading activity had been recorded by BayTSP, Odex sent letters of demand to people associated with the IP addresses it had tracked. (SK)
