The Cotton District

The Cotton District is a community located in Starkville, Mississippi built in the style of new urbanism. It was founded by Dan Camp who is still a significant developer of the area and currently town mayor.

Starkville is adjacent to the campus of Mississippi State University and is also a registered retirement community.
