President of Zimbabwe Rhodesia was a short-lived office in the Republic of Zimbabwe-Rhodesia. It was never internationally recognised. The only President of Zimbabwe Rhodesia was Josiah Gumede who ruled from 1 June 1979 until 12 December 1979 when the country was taken into administration.
