Nobel Prize Laureates by Country

El directorio enciclopédico desde la Wikipedia.

Laureates of the Nobel Prize listed by country. As of July, 2008, 777 individuals and 20 organizations have been awarded the Nobel Prize.[1]

The list shows nationalities of the laureates, as stated by the Nobel Prize committee on its website.[1] Some laureates are listed under more than one country, because the official website mentions multiple countries in relation to the laureate. If a country is merely mentioned as the place of birth [2] an asterisk(*) is used in the respective listing to indicate this. If the official website applies the award to more than one country [3] these country lists rank the laureate without a star. The birth country is added in italics, if differs from the title of the country list. Laureate–country–connections that are not mentioned at the official website are not considered in this list.

Organizations which the Nobel Prize committee relates to a single country[4] are marked by two asterisks.
