ไทย: ธงไตรรงค์แห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย ประกาศใช้หลังจากพุทธกาล ๒๔๖๐ พรรษา ในรัชสมัยขององค์พระบาทสมเด็จพระมงกุฎเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัวรัชกาลที่ ๖ แห่งสยามประเทศ โดยมี ๓ สีด้วยกัน อันได้แก่
  • สีแดง แสดงถึงชาติ และการที่บรรพชนสยามสละเลือดเนื้อปกป้องราชอาณาจักร
  • สีขาว แสดงถึงบวรพระพุทธศาสนา อันเป็นที่เคารพเทิดทูนบูชาในหมู่ชาวไทยทั้งปวง
  • สีน้ำเงิน แสดงถึงสมเด็จกษัตริย์ขัตติยะแห่งสยามประเทศ อันเป็นศูนย์รวมใจชาวไทยทั้งปวง
English: The national flag of Kingdom of Thailand since In the Year of Our Lord 1917; there are total of 3 colours:
  • Red represents the blood spilt to protect Thailand's independence and often more simply described as representing the nation.
  • White represents the religion of Buddhism, the predominant religion of the nation
  • Blue represents the Monarchy of the nation, which is recognised as the center of Thai hearts.
