Davenport University is a private, non-profit, multi-location university located Northern Indiana and throughout Michigan. It was established in 1866 and currently offers Master's Degrees, Bachelor's Degrees, Associate's Degrees, diplomas, and post-grad certification programs in business, technology, health professions, and graduate studies (MBA).
The University's main campus is located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. One of the University's newest campuses, the main campus includes student organizations, residence halls, and athletic programs.

DU is a member of the the NAIA Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference. The University's also fields two hockey teams in the ACHA, A Division II team in the Great Midwest Hockey League and a division III team used as a JV team in the Michigan Collegiate Hockey Conference. In recent years Davenport University has become a Club hockey powerhouse with a number of league titles and a National Championship in 2008.
