Combat Fitness Test - A test of fitness done by the British Army designed to assess soldiers' lower and upper body strength. The test involves a very fast march 15 minutes per mile(almost running), in full combat gear including weapon, across rough terrain. The distance covered depends on the soldiers' unit but is usually between 6 and 8 miles.
