Brian J. Quirk (born July 11, 1968) is a Democratic member of the Iowa House of Representatives, representing the 15th District since 2000. He received his AA from North Area Community College.

Quirk is chair of the Administration and Rules committee, and also serves on the Commerce; State Government; and Ways and Means committees along with the Transportation, Infrastructure, and Capitals Appropriations subcommittee.

In 2006 Quirk was re-elected with 7,147 votes (68%), defeating Republican opponent David Kraft. [1]
