2000 V8 Supercar season

The 2000 Shell Championship Series was the second running of the V8 Supercar Championship Series. It began on February 13, 2000 at Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit and ended on November 19 at Mount Panorama Circuit after 13 rounds.

The following drivers and teams competed in the 2000 V8 Supercar Championship Series. The series consisted of 11 rounds of sprint racing and two rounds (the Queensland 500 and the Bathurst 1000) of endurance racing with each car piloted by two drivers.
